I do not typically post, but to the previous reviewer I would say that insults dishonor the one who infers, not the receiver. Name calling? Petty. Sounds like you are not a local or have any real knowledge of what a great and disappearing resource BFS on Edisto is. I would suggest you go to Lowe’s or Home Depot from now on.

Tommy was happy to replace it but some clown named Paris called and left us disappointed. We were set back on time also because they sent the wrong hardware. I always say try to support the local businesses, but I can NOT recommend this company. Please save yourselves the struggle ajd go with Home Depot or a company like Lowe’s where your returns are met without any issues whatsoever. I paid 30% more and was treated like a second class citizen and my crew was also. I sadly just can’t recommend this business
